OUR HISTORY

2010

Neomed was established in Lebanon by founder Pierre Helou. The focus of the company was food supplements, vitamins, and minerals. We believe that essential bodily functions such as fighting infections, wound healing and regulating hormones cannot be achieved without proper vitamins and minerals levels. We contributed heavily to raising the awareness for Vitamin D deficiency in the region and ways to prevent it. Neomed launches Imagine, a premium brand from Spain in Lebanon, catering for the health and well-being of loved ones: pets. If there is a unique offering to customers and added value, we feel that we achieved our mission. As a medical company run by people with medical background, this experience allowed us to better understand customer behaviors and needs as well as purchases trend and expectations.

Working in Saudi Arabia contributed tremendously to the expertise and regional exposure, namely in the Aesthetic market catering for Dermatologists and Plastic surgeons. It allowed the team to better understand consumer trends and needs as well as healthcare professionals’ aspirations and standards which plays a major role in carefully selecting the brands to represent and the right strategy to launch in the region.

Neomed Trading was established in UAE, focusing on innovations and technology in the Aesthetic and Medical field.  NEOPALã mobile application was the first creation: this mobile app caters for the need of medical institutions and clinics by allowing them to manage their day-to-day business effectively and smartly: https://neopal.me.

Today, NEOMED has close partnerships with more than 6 world-renowned suppliers representing them across the region. Always innovating, Neomed launched for the first time in the middle-east many initiatives and products like neopal.co training platform with HIPPO virtual care, SWIFT microwave therapy for the skin, Revivv hair serum, TOI:L for hands and feet care, Bryght whitening system and many more… myNeomed consumer portal is here to bridge the gap between consumers, doctors and high quality brands.
